Johann began strumming the guitar in high school and has always been hugely passionate about music - Pursuing his musical obsession by completing his Bachelors degree in music at Tshwane University of Technology (TUT) and his Honours degree in Jazz and Contemporary Music - While also broadening himself stylistically by learning from legendary musician Nathan Smith.
